Chabad Center of Sudbury leases new location
On Thursday November 1st the lease was signed for the new Chabad Center of Sudbury at 22 Union Ave #9. The new Center is about 1000 square feet and includes 1 large room and three small side rooms. We aim to use the large room as a synagogue, lecture and study room and a facility for other types of meetings and gatherings. The smaller rooms will be used as 1. An office 2. A classroom 3. A children's reading and activity room.
We have begun renovating the new facility and work includes include ripping down a divider in the main room, installing new carpeting and lighting, and a new paint job.
We are in the process of ordering new equipment and furniture for the new location, and the following items are available for sponsorships
New banquet chairs (50 Needed) - $60 Each
6 Laminate Top Folding Tables $100 Each
1 New Refrigerator - $400
Carpeting for the new location $1500
There are many books available for dedications and sponsorships. In addition there are many other religious items available for sponsorships including a Lectern, a Bimah, an ark, and curtains and covers for the Bimah, Ark etc.
