Purim 2008 Report & Pictures
Multiple Purim Celebrations enjoyed by dozens

This past Thursday dozens of local families and individuals joined together for a magnificent Purim celebration. The event featured a multi media Megilla reading, kids games and crafts, lots of refreshments and desserts, a Royal Chinese Auction and lots more.

Haman's name elicited lots of banging from the Graggers and noise makers including noisemakers that many of the kids had just made as part as an introduction to the program. Children were also able to pack their own Mishloach Manot packages to share with their friends. Many children dressed up and participated  in a delightful masquerade.

The Chinese Auction provided lots of fun and entertainment and some great prizes, including gift cards from local businesses and other prizes.

A special thanks to Shaw's Supermarkets, Hyzen's Photography, Kol Bo Judaica of Brookline, Israel Book Shop and others for their help towards the auction.

We would like to extend a special thanks to all those that helped with this event, with preparing, planning, cleaning up, and all the aspects of this event. A special thanks to Niv Lipetz and Lior Koren for their help towards this event.
