Thank you to the hundreds of people who came to our programs and services over the course of Rosh Hashanah and helped start off 5779 to such a beautiful start.
It started with a beautiful community Rosh Hashanah Dinner on Rosh Hashanah eve with 60+ in attendance. Beautiful melodies, inspiring stories, great company and awesome food, all helped make a truly wonderful first night of Rosh Hashanah.
Special thank you to our Dinner Sponsors, Noel & Daniella Raphael, Kerry & Judy Weinstein and Dan & Natalya Perlov.
A special thank you to Shayna Freeman for coordinating and arranging everything for the dinner and to Fran Levy, Kayla Freeman and Chana, Levi, Zalman & Mendel for all of their help.
On the first day of Rosh Hashanah we had a packed house of adults and children for services. It was great seeing all the new faces as well as all the returning and familiar faces. It was extra nice to be able to have a beautiful baby naming for Davida Kerbel (Mazal Tov to Russ & Charlie and to the dear grandparents).
Thank you to Shmuel Freeman for leading the Musaf service on both days.
On Monday afternoon despite the heavy rain a large crowd joined us for Tashlich & Shofar at the Grist Mill. While we all got a little extra wet, it still made for a meaningful and inspiring Tashlich & Shofar Ceremony.
Over the course of Rosh Hashanah, Chabad of Sudbury led three programs for local seniors at Orchard Hill Assisted Living, Bridges at Sudbury & the Wingate at Sudbury, which included the residents and their family members.
Of course we were pleased to see a great turnout at the services on the second day and were happy that so many were able to stay through the end of services on both days and join us for lunch.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, helped out, or supported our programs!
May it be a truly great start to a year full of good blessings of health, happiness, success, peace and more!
