Yesterday, Day 4 at CGI Sudbury was another awesome day of fun and exciting activities. The day started out with line up, Jewish activities and learning, and then the camp enjoyed a Taekwondo demonstration from Lori Goldman and her sons Brett & Dylan. The campers were all able to practice some skills in using their strength correctly and appropriately and then they were able to watch Dylan crack a piece of wood with his foot and the Rabbi smash a piece of wood with his hand. While the Rabbi was a little apprehensive at first, the kids cheered him on and he succeeded on second try!
After that activity the campers enjoyed some other fun games and then headed
off to Boston for a trip to the New England Aquarium and IMAX. The campers enjoyed several hours of fun checking out the multiple sea creatures, touching some, and seeing a whole lot of wet slimy moving things moving around. In addition the children watched an awesome 3D movie on the life of Penguins in the IMAX theater, and were able to enjoy an outdoor lunch overlooking the Boston Harbor.
Following the long trip, the campers headed over the Seven Eleven store who were giving out free slurpees for 7/11 and were excited at giving the whole camp free slurpees. At 5:30pm the wonderful day came to an end, although multiple campers enjoyed another 30 minutes of fun.
