We hope you all had an enjoyable and meaningful Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The New Year at Chabad of Sudbury got off to a great start with multiple programs, services and classes.

Below are some of the highlights of the High Holidays.

  • More than 40 guests joined us for our Rosh Hashanah Dinner
  • A great turnout joined us for Rosh Hashanah at Nobscot where we enjoyed services, a children's program and more in the beautiful setting of the Scout Reservation.
  • A special Rosh Hashanah Service took place at the Wingate at Sudbury on the 1st day for some 30 residents and family members.
  • A beautiful baby naming ceremony took place on Saturday Oct 1st for Maya Winer who was given the beautiful Hebrew name of Chaya Vered.
  • An exciting Challah Baking event (Photos) took place before Rosh Hashanah for women and their daughters.
  • An exciting Pre Rosh Hashanah Shofar Factory and Fair (Photos) took place for families and children.
  • Yom Kippur services drew great numbers to all the services, children's programs, and to the Break the Fast. Many participants expressed their appreciation for the beautiful services which were meaningful, inspiring and uplifting, and full with relevant and contemporary messages.
