This week was an exciting week at the Chabad Center. On Sunday morning we started off our week with our Sunday morning Minyan and Brunch and then in the afternoon we joined together with the Chabad Center of Natick for a joyous street celebration featuring the completion of a New Torah Scroll. Mazal Tov to Chabad of Natick on this special occasion.
Sunday evening our great new JLI for Teen's course began and the teens love it! It is not too late to join read below for more details.
Tuesday our new JLI Course Soul Quest began and that was also a great hit!
Sefer Torah Celebration for Mumbai
Next weekend I will be going to New York for our annual Chabad Rabbinical conference which will be attended by thousands of Rabbi's from around the globe. One of the unique events taking place over the weekend will be the completion of a Torah Scroll by the thousands of attendees in memory of Rabbi Gabi & Rivky Holtzberg of Mumbai, India. Once completed the Torah scroll will be carried in a huge procession with the thousands of visitors from around the world down a main boulevard in NYC along with festive dancing and celebration. The Torah will then be sent to India to be used in the Chabad Center in Mumbai.
