Thank you to the hundreds of you who joined us over Yom Kippur in the tent at the Chabad Center of Sudbury.
Despite the terrible terror attack in England on a Synagogue on Yom Kippur which hit home for so many of us, it wouldn't break us!
The absolutely packed tent at Neilah and indeed at all the services said it all... hundreds of voices said the Shema together, as we sounded the Shofar and sun a song full of hope and joy in anticipation for an amazing year ahead!
Thank you everyone for coming to pray, reflect, hope, sing, and come together for this holy day. Each one of you, made it meaningful and special for all of us together as a community.
Thank you to everyone who helped with the setup, with the Break Fast, with financial support for the holidays and Jewish life in the Sudbury area and beyond who help make all of this possible (if you still wish to donate you may do so here), to my brother Shmuel Freeman for leading the services so beautifully, to Shayna, Chana and everyone else who helped out with the children's programs, and to everyone who did different parts of the service, and to Chai Security for the their services and to our in house team of trained volunteers for their dedication in putting in so many hours in helping everything run so smoothly and safely, to Dynnie for all her hard work with weeding and planting, to David Angelov for lots of new flowers and plants and trimming all the bushes for the holidays and to Sudbury Police Department and to so many others who helped do so much to make it meaningful, safe and special.
May all of our prayers be answered and may 5786 be a truly awesome and blessed year!
With the High Holidays behind us, the many celebrations of Sukkot and Simchat Torah are almost upon us, and we hope you can join us to continue the meaningful joy and celebration of our traditions and values.
