Today was a very moving today as we celebrated another year of Jewish learning and fun at the Chabad Hebrew School of ChabadSudbury.
Listening to the children sing, present their work, and show their love and joy for our Jewish heritage and values was moving in of itself.
Hearing Mikhal Shvartzman a former student and someone who has given her Sundays to the students of the Hebrew School throughout her High School years share her sentiments was very inspiring. Mikhal shared her perspective on how her journey as a student in the Hebrew School since she was 10 years old, along with the values given to her by her parents, Dima Shvartsman & Orli Sveta Fligil Shvartzman and her continued involvement throughout the years at the Hebrew School, has meant to her Jewish identity and values, and how it has prepared her as she goes off to Harvard in September, as proud and determined as ever of her Jewish identity and values.
Melanie Lubin Zimmerman one of the many amazing parents in the Hebrew School, shared really meaningful words about what this experience has meant and means for her children and her family.
