The Chabad Center of Sudbury invites all ladies to celebrate the joyous month of Adar with a fun night out of Israeli Dancing and a Discussion on Dance, Movement & the Spiritual You!

The Dance Workshop will be run by Ronnie Efrat who runs Israeli Dance Workshops in the Boston Area on a weekly basis.

Shayna Freeman will lead the discussion on Dance, Movement & Relationship

Discussion Content: Life is movement: the ways in which we move in relation to a loved one, in relation to our community and society, in relation to our creator and source. We move in circles, we dip and soar, we rebound, we vibrate. Discover how intimacy and distance are inexorably bound to each other, and how the tension between them produces the dance of life.
