In this lecture and interactive discussion we will explore the mystical and practical side of this historical event according to traditional Jewish teachings. We will discuss topics such as, how does the Kabbalah explain the story? Isn't it just a historical event? What meaning does it have in today's world and lifestyle?
This lecture is in connection with the Jewish holiday of Shavuot which is celebrated on June 2nd and 3rd when we commemorate the giving of Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. The class will take place on Wednesday the 24th of May at 7:30pm at the Wingate at Sudbury 136 Boston Post Road.
